Our four lovingly-restored thatched holiday cottages offer you a wonderful home from home in the heart of Devon’s beautiful, rural countryside. Whether it’s a cosy getaway for two or the extended family and the dogs that need to be accommodated we have the right space for you.

Our three largest cottages are accessible for those with reduced mobility and all guests have the use of an indoor heated pool, games room, conservatory, deck and gardens. Each of our self-catering accommodation units has its own gated patio area too. Find out more via the links below.

OUR COTTAGES

Set within a beautiful courtyard, our four cottages sleep between 3 and 7 people. They have many of their enchanting original features and are a perfect base for exploring Devon.

our facilities

All guests have use of the 24' indoor swimming pool, games room with pool, table tennis and table football and a beautiful conservatory with log burner and wraparound deck overlooking the pond.

accessibilITY

 Our three largest cottages are suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility as they each have a ground floor bedroom with ensuite shower wet-room. Shower chair can be provided on request.

Our cottages are all extremely family friendly, and the location is perfect for families of all ages. Everything you need for a relaxing break with your family is provided and there is a whole world to explore on our doorstep!

For groups

The full capacity of the four cottages is 22 which is perfect for larger groups who may want to celebrate a special occasion or gather to enjoy a special interest. Our conservatory is a fantastic party/dining/gathering space!

We welcome dogs in our cottages and they'll get plenty of exercise with walks from your door throughout the Blackdown Hills - an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that you can't help but fall in love with.

Fancy something a little different? 
At the other end of the farm from the cottages are our four luxury glamping units at Blackdown Yurts. Three sleep up to six and one up to four in proper beds, each with a private bathroom, woodturning stove, fire pit, camp kitchen and more. They share the use of a lovely big field and a barn with living, dining and cooking space, perfect for parties.
