Our cottages are fully equipped for you to be able to put your feet up and enjoy your stay here in the beautiful Devon countryside. All of our guests also have use of our communal spaces including a 24' heated indoor swimming pool, games room, playground and spacious conservatory with views across the duckpond. 

Swimming pool

Our heated indoor pool is just the place to entertain the whole family or relax with a gentle dip. Situated just across the car park from the cottages our pool house has its own shower and toilet cubicle. It all has a glass frontage with views across the countryside and onto the Blackdown Hills. We are currently running a rota system in the swimming pool. Each cottage has two one-hour slots per full day of their stay. The pool is 1.2m deep through and is accessed by steps at one end. The pool building has step or ramp access to the external door.

CONSERVATORY

Our beautiful conservatory has two sets of French doors that open onto a stunning deck overlooking our duckpond. It's a great place to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine in the sunshine and it has a log burner for when the evening chill comes along.

​The room can seat up to 22 for dinner when we extend the table for you and is a great place to entertain or hold a special interest activity. Why not holiday with your book club or crafting group and enjoy using our space for your meetings and activities.

Games room

Opposite Cider and Apple cottages accessed from the main courtyard is the games room which has pool, table tennis and table football along with lots of toys, puzzles, books and games to borrow.
